The challenges of working with startups are well known among most designers and digital marketers. It hasn’t been done before so you can take nothing for granted; no real precedent to base ideas on, no historical business success, sturdy organisational structures or existing revenue streams. But with that comes a lot of excitement around doing something new – giving something a shot which hasn’t been done before. And this excitement is an ongoing source of inspiration when working with Air Events Global.
Seeking an audience comprised of tech-savvy youngsters seeking casual employment, right through to experienced corporate event managers, we created a brand and website which is energetic, engaging and easy to use.
The website’s functionality is nothing if not ambitious – seeking to accommodate a very diverse range of requirements sought by event employers and job seekers alike. And on a startup budget, resourcefulness has been an oft-employed tool in getting the website to where it is now.
Features include a custom designed and developed loyalty programme, an escrow payment system whereby funds are held securely and released upon successful completion of a job, and an internal messaging system whereby employers can chat with employees.
