SMRT Strides and Stellar Brands
SMRT Strides and Stellar Brands
— WHAT WE DID
SMRT Strides (formerly SMRT’s commercial division) operates some of Singapore’s most recognisable transport and lifestyle brands including Strides, Stellar Lifestyle, and Stellar Ace.
We began working with Strides back in 20216 after we won the tender to develop their first WordPress website when Strides were focused on private hire and premium bus services. Our involvement grew along with Strides, before long in addition to web development we were responsible for Strides’ social media setup and management for brand launches, as well as cross-channel advertising campaigns introducing Strides to the Singapore market.
Strides grew and evolved rapidly with new divisions frequently being launched: Strides International (engineering and rail), Strides Mobility, Strides Digital, Charge+ (EV charging) and Strides Premier (a merger of Strides Taxi and Premier Taxi). We provide the technical work (programming, hosting, security) for all of them.

For Stellar Lifestyle & Stellar Ace (incl. Wink+) – the Group’s leasing, retail and advertising arms – we’ve been active: Full website development and hosting, ongoing digital security, compliance and uptime management. Coordination multiple internal management teams, ensuring seamless evolution of all digital infrastructure (for scalability). And most recently we developed the Stellar CMS on Payload which securely integrates with internal systems for retail and advertising space management, customer and lead engagement, marketing automation, real-time dashboards for partners and retails, etc.
Over the course of nearly a decade some of the highlights include: Uninterrupted uptime and compliance, scalable infrastructure supporting their rapidly evolving needs, building their enterprise-grade CMS on Payload tailored to their ecosystem and provision of consistent support for one of Singapore’s largest and most complex transport, mobility and infrastructure groups.
